Shipping policy

COWGAD ships to addresses in the United States, Canada, UK, EU & ... Once you place your order, it will typically take 1 – 2 business days to process your order, but please note that processing times may take longer during national/public holidays.

Shipping Methods:

COWGAD offers the following shipping methods:

- Tracked Standard Shipping – Typically, orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days after being placed, which does not include our average processing time (1 - 2 business days), day of delivery, or holidays and weekends.
- Express Shipping – Typically, orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days after being placed, which does not include our average processing time (1 - 2 business days), day of delivery, or holidays and weekends. The expedited shipping fee is US$10.00.

Order Tracking:

An email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number when your items are shipped. We will be happy to assist you if you haven't received one or if your tracking number doesn't work.  Please contact us at: support@cowgad.com.
