My knees are painful so my usual walking routine is on hold. Doing chair exercises & wanted to add this reflex ball/bag - it is easy to assemble. Takes up very little room. It’s easy to move. I’m watching beginner videos and starting to get the hang of it. And it’s fun. Comes with pretty decent boxing gloves too. I think this is fun!

I love this boxing bag it is very adjustable and was very easy to assemble it took me 5 minutes this is really great to exercise and a great way to pass the time this bag stays on the ground and won't fall over.

I was definitely wary of purchasing this cobra bag as it looks a little cheap and sturdy. Definitely worth the price. Durability stronger than anticipated for sure. The suction cups actually work lol and it’s great for hand eye coordination as well as practicing your punches. Great buy!!!

This thing is amazing, you will get tired but want to keep going because it is so fun. You can work on all types of punches with it and since my accuracy is terrible It was flying all over the place which was fine because I could work on right and left hooks.

I am happy with this product. It is holding up well. Easy to put together and adjust, but most of all.. it is helping my 8 year old son with ADHD get out some energy, relieve anger in a healthy way and even get in a work out! I put it in his [messy!] room and it doesn't take too much space at all. I would just say have 2 or 3 ft clear of furniture all the way around it when using.

Was sceptical at first, but I have to say has been great to use so far and is now part of my daily workout. Well built and sturdy, the suction cup is strong and fits on my laminate flooring just fine. 10/10 from me
