My knees are painful so my usual walking routine is on hold. Doing chair exercises & wanted to add this reflex ball/bag - it is easy to assemble. Takes up very little room. It’s easy to move. I’m watching beginner videos and starting to get the hang of it. And it’s fun. Comes with pretty decent boxing gloves too. I think this is fun!

The exceeded my expectations! Great high quality product. Adults and kids were entertained for hours. Good workout and fun. Bought it for my 10 year old and it was way more of a hit than I ever expected. Would highly recommend this product for professionals or beginners. Great value for the money!

I love this boxing bag it is very adjustable and was very easy to assemble it took me 5 minutes this is really great to exercise and a great way to pass the time this bag stays on the ground and won't fall over.

This thing is amazing, you will get tired but want to keep going because it is so fun. You can work on all types of punches with it and since my accuracy is terrible It was flying all over the place which was fine because I could work on right and left hooks.

I was definitely wary of purchasing this cobra bag as it looks a little cheap and sturdy. Definitely worth the price. Durability stronger than anticipated for sure. The suction cups actually work lol and it’s great for hand eye coordination as well as practicing your punches. Great buy!!!
